CoolBot is guaranteed to work. If it doesn't work - or even if it works, but not as well as you expected - you have 45 days to try it out and return it for a complete refund of the purchase price (you will have to pay shipping back to get it back to us).

CoolBot is completely robust. It's 100% Made In The USA to withstand abuse in the harshest of environments. If anything goes wrong in the first year, we'll replace your CoolBot immediately. After that if anything goes wrong (though it shouldn't!) CoolBot parts are modular and designed to be completely field-repairable; we'll send you replacement parts at cost plus shipping to swap in and get you back up and running in no time.

CoolBot is tried, tested and proven technology. If CoolBot doesn't work for you, there is an easy explanation why, and you can fix it if you want to. If you don't want fix it, that's OK - just return the device and we won't charge you!
